Three fish carpaccio: lightly salted salmon, tuna, whitefish, tomato pesto, avocado cream cheese, Comté cheese (30 g)
Grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers: zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, halloumi cheese (120 g)

Lightly smoked duck breast with sweet potato purée, roasted vegetables, and cherry beetroot sauce (380 g)
